Design Preferences: If you have a specific vision or idea for your design, please include those details when submitting your information.
Revisions Policy: Each project includes up to 4 revisions (edits). Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur a $10 fee per revision. If you are not satisfied with the design, please notify us immediately so adjustments can be made.
Turnaround Time: The standard turnaround time is 2-4 business days.
Business Hours: We are closed on weekends and holidays. Designs will not be delivered during this time.
Refund Policy: No refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your design, please let us know before final approval. Any additional edits after final approval will incur a $10 fee per revision.
