🎨 Design Preferences
If you have a specific vision or inspiration for your design, please share those details when submitting your content. While inspiration is welcomed, we do not copy the work of other designers. Every brand is created uniquely to reflect your business’s identity and style.
🔁 Revisions Policy

Each project includes up to 4 revisions (edits).

Additional revisions are subject to a $15 fee per revision.

If you're not satisfied at any point, please reach out before final approval so we can make adjustments.
Note: Any changes requested after final approval will also incur a $15 revision fee.
⏱️ Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please allow up to 24 hours after booking to receive an initial response as we review your order details.
🕒 Business Hours
We are closed on weekends and holidays.
No designs will be created or delivered during these periods.
🚫 Refund Policy
All sales are final.
If you’re unhappy with the design, please notify us during the revision process. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
