After Purchase
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure you have all required information ready, including business details, content, images, and color schemes, so the project can move forward smoothly.

Revisions & Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important. If you are unsatisfied with any part of your design, please contact us as soon as possible so concerns can be addressed during the revision phase.

No Refunds
Due to the custom nature of design services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Rush Projects
Rush website projects are available and can be completed within 10 business days. The rush option must be selected at checkout to apply.

Photos & Visual Content
Professional photos are required prior to beginning website development. If professional photos are unavailable, AI-generated or stock photos may be used as an alternative. Please notify us of your preference before the project begins.

Design Vision
If you have a specific vision, style, or inspiration for your website, please provide reference images or details when contacted to ensure alignment.

Communication Timeline
After booking, please allow up to 24 business hours for a response. This time allows us to review your order details thoroughly and provide the best possible service.
