Pynkbranding offers a variety of graphic design services, including flyers, social media graphics, logos, website banners, and more. By booking or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
User Agreement
By using Pynkbranding services, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting your project details.

Communicate promptly regarding revisions, feedback, or approvals to keep your project on schedule.

Follow all guidelines outlined in this Terms of Service.
Pynkbranding reserves the right to suspend or decline a project if these terms are not met.
Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your content, including logos, images, and other materials you provide.

You confirm that all content submitted does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

By submitting content, you grant Pynkbranding the right to use it solely for creating your project.
Payments and Refunds

All payments are collected upfront at the time of booking.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

If you are not satisfied with your design, revisions are included within the scope of the service. Additional edits after approval will incur a $10 fee per change.

Failure to communicate revision requests promptly may result in extended project timelines or additional fees.
Revision Guidelines:

Standard projects allow 3 revisions; website development projects allow 2 revisions.

Revision requests must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving the design draft.

Delayed responses beyond this period may incur fees or extend project timelines.
Communication and Project Timeline

After booking, please allow up to 24 business hours for a response.

Delays caused by late submission of project details, images, or approvals may extend your project timeline.

If a project exceeds the agreed timeline by more than 2 weeks due to client delays, the project will be considered inactive and may be closed.
Resuming a Closed Project:

To resume a closed project, clients must notify Pynkbranding via email.

A reactivation fee of $50 will apply, and a new timeline will be established.
Confidentiality and Privacy

Pynkbranding will not share your personal or project information with third parties without your consent.

Non-personal information may be collected to improve our services and website experience.

By purchasing any service from Pynkbranding, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth creative process and to protect both you and Pynkbranding.
