To be considered a revamp, your website must already have all products, pricing, and policies in place. Website revamps are intended to update and refresh your brand's identity, not to create a brand from scratch.

Order Confirmation:
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Be sure to have all necessary information, including images and color schemes, ready to submit.

Refund Policy:
No refunds. If you are not satisfied with the design provided, please notify us immediately so we can address your concerns. Once the final edit has been approved, any additional edits will incur a $10 fee per revision.

Design Preferences:
If you have a specific vision or look you are aiming for, please provide detailed references or descriptions when submitting your information.

Turnaround Time:
Website revamps typically take 7-14 business days to complete.
